Cocb and address proof certification, companies act, 2013

26 December 2013 Dear Experts,

We have registered a private limited company as per new companies act. My query is

1. You have to intimate to ROC for address of the company after incorporation of it. What is the form for that intimation. Is it Form 18 or some other form has been prescribed?

2. What is the form to get Certificate of commencement of business?

27 December 2013 Dear Manju,

This provision corresponds to section 11 of new act. This section is not yet notified. Therefore as of now, no additional requirements for intimation of registered office and Certificate of Commencement of business is required for a pvt ltd co.
