i am working with a logistics comoany can plz anyone advise me that what are the special points that have to be borne in mind while classifying groups and sub-groups and any specific advises for logistics company, if any. Plz revert back soon.

The best way to approach would be to download published accounts of a listed company from their website and find out how they have done the grouping.
