We have utilized ITC on goods and services used to export goods out of India. We are exporting goods under LUT Scheme. Can we claim refund of ITC on goods and services used for such export and as well as utilized that credit for supplying non zero rated supplies?

In case of export govt. provide the two option- 1. First is export of goods with payment of GST and you can claim the refund of output tax. 2.Second is without payment of GST and in this you can claim input tax refund.Tax which is paid against input or input services which is used by you for manufacturing and production of goods or service.
