OFFICE AND BRANCHES. IN THE ANNUAL BALANCE SHEETS AND OTHER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ALSO IT SHOULD STATE AS BELOW FOR 6 YEARS AFTER CHANGE OF NAME. XYZ LTD ( FORMERLY ZY LTD.) THIS IS A STATUTORY REQUIREMENT UNDER COMPANY"S ACT.ROC MAY CALL FOR EXPLATIONS FOR NON COMPLIANCE WHEN WE FILE AUDITED ANNUAL STATEMENTS.
