Cenvat of service tax deposit

07 March 2013 R/Sir,

We are depositing service tax 12.36% on Security services bill, every month.

Please tell me that can we take cenvat of above service tax in our excise duty?

08 March 2013 Cenvat credit of input services can be taken when such service is been used in manufacturing of output upto to the place of removal...As such Credit of s.tax paid Security service can be taken provided above 2 conditions are fulfilled ..
