We are paying Service Tax on security charges (75%) and leagal services (100%) to Central Excise. As we are NBFC, can we take 50% credit against this payment? We are paying S tax on Business auxialiary services too where in we are taking 50% CEN VAT credit.

Yes you can availed Cenvat Credit under rule 2(k) of CCR 2004 of these service if these services are used for the purpose providing taxable services
