The company had a contract for purchase of Capital Goods with the related Party. The contract Value is morethan Rs.5 Lakhs, my Query is whether we have to disclose that Under Clause4(v)(b) of CARO?
In our opinion and according to the information and explanations provided to us, the transaction made is pursuance of such contracts or arrangements have been made at reasonable prices having regard to prevailing market price at the relevant time.
