Dear Experts,
We have purchased some capital goods before 05 years. Last month we have transfered all the capital goods from Unit-I to Uni-II. We have cleared the capital goods on payment of 100% duty whatever we have taken in Unit-I before 05 years.
Now my question is whether our procedure is correct or wrong.

It is wrong. Amount of duty required to be reveresed is to be reduced by 2.5% every quarter.
