Maritime Commissioners at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Paradeep, Kandla, Tuticorin, Visakhapatnam and Cochin.
The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise(Export) as officers authorised by the Board for this purpose.
Bond may be accepted / cancelled by above said any officers.
