Yes. A partnership firm, or as a matter of fact any artifical entity can be partner of a partnership firm represented by an authorised natural person who acts on behalf of the artificial entity. Please note the authorised person can be changed as per the requirement of the individual artificial entity without actually changing the name in the original partnership deed....

yes, a partnership firm can become a partner in another firm, as in the defination of person u/s 2 of IT Act 1956, person includes partnership firm i.e. partnership firm is a seprate legal entity, and a person can become partner in any other partnership firm, thouth it has to be represented by any of his partner, as the firm is an artificial legal entity and has to be represnted by some natural person.
