My confusion is with section 2(2) of CA Act, 1949 (https://indiankanoon.org/doc/1185962/) which says a member is deemed to be in practice if (i) engages himself in the practice of accountancy; or (iii) renders professional services or assistance in or about matters of principle or detail relating to accounting procedure or the recording, presentation or certification of financial facts or data; or
Can I provide without COP as long as there is no certification involved? I know in previous posts it was said that COP is not required but I have confusion due to this section.
