Hi
I am planning to start a Export company with to two kind of Product line Textile( Garments,Fabric etc) and second Spices( and other packed food products) can we do it under one company and one export License or i need to have two different company and two Export license. Plz help.

any exporter can export import through the IEC CODE.
Noted that u can export the said items but if you taken the DGFT incentives mandatory got Registration IN CONCERNED EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL.

can anybody help me with a sample MOA AOA for a pvt ltd company were Textile as well as Food (Spices) can be exported.

Main objects of Textile Company
1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, importing, exporting and dealing in textiles, cotton, silk, art silk, rayon, nylon, synthetic fibers, staple fibers, polyester, worsted, wool, hemp and other fibre materials, yarn, cloth, linen, rayon and other goods or merchandise whether textile felted, netted or looped.
2. To carry on the business of importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, dealers and as agents, stockists, distributors and suppliers of all kinds of ready made garments, coverings, coated fabrics, textiles, hosiery and silk or merchandise of every kind and description and other production goods, articles and things as are made from or with cotton, nylon, silk, polyester, acrylics, wool, jute and other such kinds of fiber by whatever name called or made under any process, whether natural or artificial and by mechanical or other means and all other such products of allied nature made thereof.

2.To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, processors, exporters, buyers, agents, sellers of and dealers in yarn, cloths, fabrics and textiles as are or may be prepared or processed from woollen, woollen waste, nylon, polyester, acrylics, rayon, silk, artificial silk, linen, wool, jute and of readymade garments, or any other synthetic, artificial and natural fibres, including fibre glass, into materials like cloth, tapes, ropes, yarns, cords, threads, twines and such other allied articles as may be conveniently produced or manufactured.

But Sir I have MoA of Pvt Ltd Export Company were it is mention of export of Food, Textile as wel as electronic consumer goods. Plz help.

It was possible earlier now it is not possible. ROC will raise objection on it. You can try to check by filing of Form-1A.
