DEAR SIR, I WANT TO RECEIVE A NEW EPCG CERTIFICATE. COULD YOU TELL ME THE CALICULATION PART OF INVALIDATION WHEN CAPITAL GOODS PROCURED FROM DOMESTIC SUPPLIERS. SIR COULD YOU TELL ME WITH EXAMPLE (IF CIF VALUE IS 100).AND WHEN WE WILL SUBMIT INVALIDATION IN DGFT

Thank you sir, Actually I dont know what is the procedures to obtain EPCG Licence,Invalidation...etc.
Sir,Could you tell me the which the documents are required, and what is the order I have to follow to save the duty. HS CODE-84451910, Total 17 items in single invoice from domestic supplier.In this 17 items, 2 items are non exciseble goods. Total basic amount of 17 items is Rs.1,36,56,553/-, In this total basic amount Rs.7,21,819/- is non excisable goods. I found to this code Basi customs duty 7.5% and effective duty 5% only. Which rate I can taken to caliculate the EO. Sir, Please give me in word document with illustration to be appreciate in our company

Sir, My colleague says 25% bank guarantee required on duty saved amount. I am procuring capital goods from domestic suppliers. Is 25% bank guarantee necessary. If necessary, have i taken on duty saved amount for export obligation (or) actual duty saved of invalidation.
