how to calculate service tax after the notification issued when the bill is issued before the ammendment

service tax is based on the service provide. as per your case you have already issued invoice with charging applicable ser. tax and, if, at the time of money recd. there is any change in rate due to any type of change in law then you would be liable to pay tax at the rate you have already charged.
