Can a article be engaged in teaching at coaching class after his office? If yes than can he/she consider that as experience in his/her CV post qualification?

The engagement between a Principal and Articled Student is for gaining experience in the accountancy profession and hence the articled student is not allowed to take up any other activity or course (without the prior approval of the institute).
If you engage in coaching during the articleship period, you have to take permission from your employer and the institute by submitting Form 112.
On your other question on experience - Experience is something that you gain on your professional journey as an expert, which in your case should be related to the profession of Chartered Accountancy. Teaching cannot be considered experience, unless you want to become a full time faculty, lecturer or a tutor in which case teaching will become your primary profession.
