I am residing in Pune, i have completed my graducation in 2000. I have a total working experience of 12 years in Accounts and Taxation. I want to become a CA without leaving my job. Please provide help me, what is the prodecure, how to manage etc.

You have to undergo articles. The stipend insisted by the insitute is minimum and the CA can pay you more also. Since you have 12 years experience you can approach the big ca firms and explain your financial back ground to them. And you can discuss with them and fix up a higher stipend so that you will not loose your income and your ambition can be fulfilled to do ca.
