whom to issue C & F forms, what are the consequences of failure of producing it.

in case you fail to produce C form on sale made by you. then you have to pay the diferential tax, i.e. tax payable at local rate less tax collected unders CST against C-from, this is to be paid as CST, as if sale was normal sale and not against C-Form
If F-Forms are not producated agianst pranch tgaransfer then you have to pay sales tax payable at normal rate
