service tax on construction of charitable educational inst.

full exemption from service tax in case the building being constructed is for educational institution (charitable). What can be a documentary evidence at the intial construction stage to ascertain that it will be a non profit making educational institure ?

regarding ETs about ca final new course

i am student of ca final new course after passing PE-II. Do i have to submit the ETs for appearing in ca final new course? I have done Registration this year. My attampt will be due in 2010 of MAY.

unable to download RTP - 08 for final examination

Hi All,

Could you please help me in getting RTP-08 for final examination downloads? Timeout error is appearing while tring to download it from ICAI.org website.

Is it possible to forward the RTP to my mail id?
