Can anyone tell me, Is any information required to be mention in form 9 regarding all statutory form's detail of previous three years? weather it is pending or received and submitted to department in DVAT 51?

My company was incorporated in 2004 but we have not filed any Annual filing in ROC since 2006, but we want to file all annual filing from default and our company's status showing dormant on mca site but when we are filing form GNL-2,(for CG approval)in Director's signatory detail an error showing " "The company is in defaulting of filing of form DIN3/Form DIR12" so that we are unable to file above mention form.can any one tell me what should i do?

Respected concern, I have just passed out group -1 of ipcc in this may -14 exams and will join articleship soon but beside that I am also registered with ICSI for executive based on my cpt qualification and the exam due of CS - executive is December -14 and with that I am also doing B.com from an college .So sir /mam query is while filling 103 I know I will have to file 112 for B.com as well as for CS however will respected ICAI allow to do all this 3 courses together or not .. Please guide me properly and immediately on issue. Thank u very much
