Sir,
our Gratuity Fund under rule 2(1) of part 'c' of 4th schedule of IT Act is approved one. What is the requirement of filing annual returns of this trust. this trust is wholly owned vy a pvt ltd co. whose income are regularly assessed. like our co. ABC pvt ltd & its gratuity trust is ABC Employees gratuity trust. so the IT regulation of accounts & returns of this trust?

Applicability of TDS 194J

Illus : Professional provided on March 07 when applicable rate of TDS was 5%. Credit Given on 01.06.2007 and payment made later on. Rate of TDS increased to 10% from 31.05.2007

What will be the applicate rate of TDS

Main Object:

a.Manufacturing, branding, selling, etc cigarettes and other tobacco products.

b.Purchasing all materials needed to manufacture, brand, patent of the above products and all assets including plants and machinery needed.

Ancillary Objects:

a.Enter into any contracts, lease agreement, etc for the purpose of the main objects.

b.Manufacture, sale and otherwise disposal of any byproducts.

Other objects:

a.Manufacturing consumable food stuffs and selling the same.

b.Doing any other business that the company deems it profitable and beneficial to the company

sale of Truck under Sec 44AE

what is the treatment of sale of truck? when the assesse is covered U/S 44AE i.e. (Presumptive tax). As the truck is an immovable aseet hence no capital gain is applicable on it Simultaneously all profit & loss is covered in
