assignments for Company Secretaries

hi everyone.
i am sandeep and i hav done CA inter in 2007. now a days i start CS and my attempt will be due in december 2008 if i'll send all my 18 assignments before 31 aug. 2008. but i hav some problems so that i can't prepare my assignments before the due dates. so anyone plz help me and send me the assignment of CS to save my 6 months.

Short term capital loss on shares
