FBT on Own Bikes

Company has three Bikes shown in its books

so Expense of Petrol & Repair is liable for FBT or not

as in Motor car running exp. u/s 115WB(2)(H) Only exp of Motor car are to be taken for FBT but no explaination given for whether FBT applicable on petrol & repair exp of Bike of Companies.

and even it also not mentioned in Travelling Y Conveyance Exp U/s 115WB(2)(F),

so whether petrol & repair exp of own bike is allowable for FBT or not

Provision for Gratuity..?

Dear experts,

'ABC' company has started their business in FY 07-08. Now FY 08-09 is the company's second Financial Year.

Now the company is closing their books for FY 08-09 (Finalization). And they want to make a provision for Gratuity. (Company wants to Introduce Gratuity.)

Questions:
1. What is the applicability for gratuity?
2. How does it work?
3. What is the procedure?

i have wrongly entered 2008-09 instead of 2009-10 in challan 281 as assesment year and the payment is already made..if i want to change that as 2009-10 what i have to do? please answer this.....

Our CA has come up with list of proofs to be submitted as per rules of Income Tax Act for FY 2009-2010, PLEASE CONFIRM WHETHER THEY ARE INLINE WITH INCOME TAX ACT OR IS HE ASKING SOMETHING EXTRA?
1. HRA10(13A):
a. Original Rent receipts
b. If monthly rent exceeds Rs. 3000/- copy of LEAVE & LICENCE AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED
c. Rent receipts shall show complete ADDRESS OF LAND LORD WITH PIN Code

2. Medical Expenses 17(2):
a.Bills of Medicines along with DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION

I m Ali, I m working as as accountant in Gulf since 6 months. I hold an MBA degree in finance as major and marketing as minor. I have completed a course in SAP (Fi/Co). I had worked as Customer Service officer in icici Direct for 30 months.
