Beneficary & Settlors of Indian Trust

Can anyone guide me regarding the Beneficiary & Settlors of Indian Trust alongwith the rights & liability.

Further, can a settlors be same as the beneficiary

In the concern's books of accounts,there is expense written under the head "Salaries" Rs 10000
Other information given - Salary includes Rs 3000 being employer's contribution to RPF to the employees made after one month after due date.


My question is shall this Expense of RPF be deductible?

T.D.S ON EXHIBITION FEES

dear sir nd frndz ,

a co. pays exhibiton fees organized by confederation of indian industires , a non profit organsatn for getting a floor space in the exhibition.should tds be deducted , as the payee does not derive ne income out of this as such exhibtion are based on mutuality concept ,?

nd if t.d.s is deductible then wedr 194c will apply or 194i will b considered ?

Partnership firm -clarifications-reg

There are 3 members in a partnership firm and the land where the business of the firm is carried out is owned by one member.The firm owes huge dues to a company from whom they have purchased and utilised electricity.Is it possible for the electricity company to recover the dues through legal means from the firm by attaching the land and the property owned by one of the partners ?

Dear Sir,

Please let know the procedure follow up if exported goods rejected and returned by overseas buyer in case of 100% EOU. Where should we inform about the same.Can we use the returned goods in further process, please guide us with relevant Circular /Notifications.

pay package for newly qualified CA

Sir,

i am working as an Asst. Accounts Officer in a Govt. company,my gross pay will be nearly 40000pm,iam also completed my CA final one group,another one group is pending.

Now, my query is, whether it is necessary to pay much attention to pass CA exam,since iam drawing 40000 pm,is it really worth to me(to qualify CA) or not,if iam qualified,what is the pay packagesfor newly qualified CAs.
