Hello Experts,
There is a plot which is in name of one partner in partnership firm.
As per conveyence deed plot is in name of " Ranjan Singh prop of M/s Amrita chemicals"
If a partnership formed with 4 partners with one partner is Ranjan singh with his 3 more friends.
This plot does not put by Ranjan Singh in stock in partnership firm.
All partners of partnership firm transfered all rights to Ranjan Singh and signed a dissolution deed.
Now one partner is left in M/s Amrita chemicals.
My Question is--
1) The owner of this plot is Ranjan singh or Partnership firm ,/s Amrita chemicals.
2) If any one wants to buy this plot from Ranjan Singh, Then plot will be transfered by REGISTERED SALE DEED or the buyer has to do partnership with Ranjan singh and Ranjan Singh will retire by notarised retirement deed.
3) STAMP DUTY HAS TO BE PAID BY NEW BUYER FOR THIS PLOT?????
As on 31st mar foreign creditors payable. What is the fluctuation entry? $ upward it means liability also raised? And in 1st april is needed to make reverse entry for fluctuation to return in purchase value as before of last year ?? Is there any way to make provision on 31st , and fluctuation entry in p& l when actual payment made next year.

I’m a long term investor and have portfolio of shares. I don’t maintain books of accounts as my income is from salary, house property and as partner in firm. I want to do few f&o transactions(4-5 in a year) to hedge my portfolio in this volatile situation. My question are:-
1. Does IT deptt allow f&o transactions in my case as STCG/capital gain. For eg I have a LOT of PFC shares in form delivery shares(cash) since two yrs and I want to sell future as I think PFC will fall in near time. Under which head this transaction profit/loss will be considered? Can it be treated as stcg?
2. As I donot prepare books of accounts as I am not trader and my income is below limit. Will I haveto prepare books of accounts? I dont want to maintain as it is not compulsory right now.
