dear all, please let me know that if there is a change in marks but no change in result as hosted by ICAI website.. where do I get revised statement of marks from?
We have our AGM on 26th September 2014. We had already issued notices etc. Now it came to our knowledge that we missed to take one special business in the notice. How to deal with it.

hi can revised return be filed after notice u/s 143(2) is issued. do one needs to meet ao first and inform him and then file the revised return.. or can he file before presenting himself on the date mentioned in notice.
