Generally employers make provisional computation of income of its employees & deduct tds on monthly basis from beginning of the year or date of joining, whichever is earlier... Can employer compute provisional income n wait till the month when it's employees salary exceeds basic exemption and then start deducting tds..... If yes... Is there any interest leviable for late deduction n late payment.....

i wanted to know that when i have to register for ca- final, with articleship (for which i will register before 31st october) or after clearing 2nd group?

Dear All, A business man is having joint bank account with his wife.Business proceeds and his wife's salary both are coming to same bank account.Wife is using passbook for cash withdrawl and husband using ATM and and cheque book.Wife is having consultanch income also. Both persons want p&l and balancesheet.What is the bank balance need to be shown in the either books as on 31.03.2014?
