I have taken transfer from kanpur to join a CA Firm in Delhi (ie; transfer from CIRC to NIRC). Unfortunately I was deceived by my principal in Delhi as because before joining my articleship I was told that his firm has good audit jobs. But when I joined the firm I discovered that he is having no work except few accounting jobs.
Now I want to take transfer from him and I want to move back to my earlier firm in Kanpur or to move to reputed firm in Kolkata where one of my friend is also undergoing training.(ie; to move from NIRC to CIRC or EIRC).
I have come to know that such Zonal transfers may attract disciplinary actions from the institute.
Kindly guide me that is it true??
also how many transfers an article can take.??

i've passed my p2 in nov 07 result for the same declared on jan 23 08.started my aeticleship from 5 th april also submitted the final registration form. i am confused of my attempt to appear for the final will it be may 10 or nov 10?

Is is mandatory to make provision for TDS and service tax on provision of expenses of TRANSPORTATIONS & OTHER EXP. ?

If yes, payment of the same before 31/05/2008 and 31/03/2008 respectively, are also necessary ?

If yes, how to distribute / allocate such adv tax paid to parties who raise bills against these provisions of exp after 31.03.2008 i.e. in forthcoming FY.

I want to take transfer from my existing C.A firm but i heared roumors that 109 transfer form has been withdrawn by ICAI is it true or ICAI is deciding to do so in future? Please clarify me as soon as possible
