if an article does not want to take transfer but the employer want to give that without any major fault by article.
In the case of PCC article it is required to complete 15 months articleship before PCC exam. Will the transfer affect this?

I started my articleship on March(3) 18,2008 and as per that 3.5 yrs shall be completed in September(9) 18, 2011.

We are allowed leave of approx. 6 motnhs. As my exam is on nov 11; will i be able to apply for completion of articleship after Sept 18 '11 and stop going to the firm.

Is that 6 motnhs leave is applicable btw
a) March 18 2008 to Sept 18 2008
OR

b) March 18 2008 to till Novemeber exam of 2011 's results aren't announced

What is the eligibility for giving the Final Exam(new course)?

I mean how much time a student has to serve as articles before giving his first attempt of final(new course)?
