How much time it take to consider the form 109, its been more than 15 days. Also my attempt is due in nov 22 and articleship is completed 2years 3months 3 days(inclusive of 70 days leave) and then transfer is awaiting for competent authority approval. So, would i be eligible for nov 22 exams and if no then how many days more required inclusive or exclusive of leave?? Kindly guide into this matter

I am Direct entry CA student, completed 1.5 years of articleship. But I couldn't pass any attempts. Now I need to terminate my articleship and join employment since my financial background is no good. If I terminate articleship opting 'Discontinuing CA course' then can I attempt any future exams. Because it says that if I opt that way, all my articleship records will be cleared/ deleted. And I as direct entry student need 9 month articleship for attempting exams. Please help.. Guide me if there is any other way.

I started my articleship in Feb 2020; I currently Work with HSBC as a CA Industrial Trainee From Jan 2022 but now I have an opportunity to do the training at Microsoft. I am very keen to join Microsoft. My articleship period lapsed in Feb 2023. So my question is can I take a transfer from one organization to another, is it possible ? I'm registered in June 8 ,I'm a direct entry student through the conversion of ca foundation to ipcc .I'm apply for one ICITSS orientation class in July . my next class will be held on August. will I elligible to write the may month examination

Hello sir/madam, During my articleship re-registration, In form 102, I have given my first articleship registration date instead of current re-registration date. And I have submit both form 102 and 103, RO resent my form for correction stating “Upload executed copy of form 102 deed should be within 30days from start date of articleship” how should I correct my form and submit??

Can i register for articleship which last date is 31st july for appearing in may 23 exams of Ca intermediate
Because my IT and OC training is start on 19 july and ends on 5 august.

I got terminated in my current articleship firm and now I want to join for Industrial training, as my 1 and half year is left of practical training, shall I do so?? Or I have to join for in another CA firm only.

I upload 3rd semester to 5 th semester provisional marksheet in ssp portal but if I unable to upload original marksheet of final semester then registration will be cancel or not and In these category can I get registration fee refund or not
