what will happen to service tax after GST

what will happen to the pending scrutiny cases of service tax which remain unsolved as on the date of introduction of gst will the scrutiny cases still go on

how revenue under IGST will be apportioned by the state and central government? because state will not be levying CST so it will be losing it's revenue and central will be collecting taxes in inter state purchases also

sir/madam,
under igst sales(=cgst+sgst) who enjoys the taxes whether central or state govt. like in cst purchases the selling state enjoys the tax. how it would be in GST model?
