1-BROKERAGE AND STT
2-TELEPHONE AND INTERNET EXPENSES
3.ELECTRICITY EXPENSES
4-COMPUTER REPAIR AND MAINTAINENANCE EXPENSES.
5-RENT
6-SALARY
ETC.
CAN I BOOK ABOVE EXPENSES AND WHAT KIND OF OTHER EXPENSES CAN I BOOK.

is an employee eligble for esop during 3months notice period during resignation i.e my vesting date is 8th nov 09 if i resign on say 11/09/2009 giving a 3months notice period till 10 dec can i apply for esop which falls due on 08/11/09

QII and FII

Could any 1 elaborately tell me the difference between the qualified institutional investors(QII) and foreign institutional investors (FII) and is it that anyone including a domestic company can be a QII ?
