Ca having with cs

Dear Experts,

My query is that can a Individual practice in CA and CS both as proprietor.

or in a firm like CA in practice whole time and practice in CS part time with other CS firm.

if not do so then why is mentioned as below in code of ethics:-

“Members of the Institute in practice who are otherwise eligible may also practice as Company Secretaries and/or Cost Accountants. Such memb ers shall, however, not use designation/s of the aforesaid Institute/s simultaneously with the designation “Chartered Accountant”.

and what is the concept of LLP here. Can a LLP firm in which some partners are CA and some are CS only audit under company act 2013.

Please clarify

Is additional course required ?

Respected Experts,
I am about to become a CA and am thinking about getting an additional degree for myself. I am really inclined towards ICWA. Will this increase the prospects of becoming a CFO later in life. OR
Do you think that spending the time after office(personal time) in technical reading rather than acquiring a degree would be more beneficial ?

Thanks in Advance
