Where can I learn about APAC - Accounts & Finance

Dear Sir / Madam, I'm working in MNC as Accounts Executive - APAC Region (Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand) and I'm beginner in this field (APAC) so I would like to learn about their accounting systems, payroll/salary and statutory things . . So that it will be helpful for my career . . I get opportunity to learn about APAC so I don't want to miss this . . I have googled about APAC and I get so many online sites for so many topics . . It will be great if I get everything at one place. Kindly suggest me some books or advice me where I can learn about these all . . Thank you so much in advance. .

we are creating a online site for providing financial and taxation service all over India. We have got few CA inter as partners.Now we want to make practising CA as partners...Is it Possible.. if so then how... like you can see there are many sites like indiafiling.com and others where all kinds of professionals are partners to run there site.. how is it done... plz provide some advice

Experience in accounting & finance but want to set up firm

Hi I am CA with 3 years of post qualification experience in budgets Finance Mis accounting for an NGO . During article ship also i mostly did personal returns and accounts . I have resigned from my job and want to set up my own practise
Is it advisable to do so .
