I want to know the the procedure for starting single owned educational training center../private Coaching center.

What are the registrations required Like service tax registration, shop act etc.

If I start a computer training institute, then how would i provide certificates to the students that have worth in the market. Is there any registration required to provide a certificate?

sir I have ipcc exam on may I filled the form for both the groups but I didn't get time to study group-2..so I want to backout gr-2 and concentrate on gr-1 only I heard from someone that if I don't go in any of the gr-2 examination it will be considered as I filled the form of 1gr only I want to clarify the doubt for the same plz reply

So i would like to know whether doing actuarial science would be of any advantage for my practise. I am doing a CA, Continuing article-ship in small firm and i want to do Job after my ca. so which type of practical knowledge is more important to me. whether any need to transfer my article-ship to any medium or big4 firms.
