Drawback benefit not trasfered for the shipment which has scroll no:13028/2015 dated 17/7/2015

Dear Sir,
The shipment was under duty drawback scheme for which still drawback is not transfered. Normally once scroll number is generated(13028/2015 dated 17/7/2015 )DBK amt is transfered to bank in 7 days time. Request you to pls advice what can be the reason behind ths issue. SB no: 1454137 DT 27/6/2015. Dbk amount: 37824.00. They have recently changed the AD code no: 0321930.

I Just want to know the Custom Rates Prevailing. Could anybody tell me the rate of duty for Import of Automobiles from other country. Kindly give me a link to check the rates prevailing.

Purchase booking of custom cleared goods

a client has got goods cleared in custom @ $120 and booked purchased accordingly but the value as per bill stands out @ $90.
how the client should deal with this issue.

Noc from ministry of environment and forests used mobile pho

Hi All,

I need your guidance in getting a NOC certificate from Environment and Forest department.

We have recently shipped a used mobile phone from USA to India through fedex. The package is now with the customs and we are requested to provide a NOC certificate as it is a used Mobile phone.The fedex has given us a contact to co-ordinate in getting the noc, we have contacted them but i am yet to receive an reply from them.

Could anyone please guide us in getting the NOC. The shipment is currently in the Hyderabad,The phone was purchased in india and it was borough by our mother in law when she visited us in US.
