A lawyer send me a notice to my client for using the word khadi in indiamart. My client was using the word khadi for showing the purpose of quality of cloth not for the purpose of using trademark word khadi. Lawyer is saying to delete the word khadi from website and also pay the amount of Rs. 15,000 as notice charges..
My query is what shoud i do??

sir one of my client taken personal loan from citi finance in 2006 and he paid 20 emi's out of 36 emi's, after 2008 no one came to collect emi, but now he wish to get vehicle loan and his cibil score showed him as defaulters and as lender kotak bank name shows with balance amount
now he wish to pay so please guide how to resolve issue and his cibil will improve

Please solve my below query
our one of the employees is already registered for ESI before three year but last year he is cross the maximum limit of Gross salary ie. Rs. 22000/- now is salary is reduced due to his performance last year is not upto mrk hence his salary is reduced by Rs. 2500 now is Gross salary is Rs. 19500 .
now is again eligibility for ESI please clarify for registration process
we tried his registration using his old ESI number but which is date of appointment is mention while registration in software old actual date of employment is not taken because old date is last 4 years.

Please tell can we registration his esi for date of appointment is today date ?

i have a pvt limited company. we manufacture seasonal product. our employees(workers) increase to greater than 20 during feb to june but rest of the time they reduce to less than 20.

q1> do i need to file monthly ecr for all months or just the months in which i have greater than 20 employees?

i have used IDFC's first bank Classic Credit card. the limit is maintained low. One day to cancel the railway ticket by opening the IRCTC website, a call from the site asks to tell 16 digit card number and phone no. within a fraction of a second Rs. 30000/- amount is debited. without getting any OTP as well as the approval to increase the limit. called and asked to stop the transaction. and blocked the card. customer care asks to file a cybercrime FIR and submit a copy along with a Dispute form. on the day itself filed the complaint and FIR copy along with their dispute form. they acknowledged and" within 90 days it will be resolved " like the message received. after 30 days they send the statement to pay around rupees 31608.62 and continuously per day around 30 to 40 calls from all over India. making more harassment. today they sent MSG to pay Rs.35144.52.to
all the issues were brought to their Nodal office head. but no response. and it is referred to RBI also. my question is the bank know where the amount has been transferred? if a bank employee makes a wrong entry, then he has approach the other paying bank to collect or with hold the transaction. in my cash why IDFC first bank not to follow the paying bank to recall bank the amount stolen? simply saying it is paid to merchandise. and it is my responsibility to pay. how the bank safeguards the customer. please advise,how i recall the stolen amount from my credit card
