08 November 2011 I joined my office on 24th January 2009, I filled the required forms, got myself registered under PCC, and I got the letter from the institute as well for admission.

I mentioned on the main form that I was purusing B.COM (FY), timing and what ever was required, but then I made a mistake (retrospective realisation) that I didn't file the Form No.112, why retrospective well I just realised recently, by going through CODE OF CONDUCT FOR C.A. STUDENTS.

Well I am very scared and I am also done with B.COM now, my Articleship ends by 24th August 2011, anyways I decided to fill the form no. 112, and write an application to the Council regarding the breach, well this may be immaterial but then the moment I just registered (24th Jan 09) I had just attained 14 days of the "Majority" status, knowing that this won't help me in any way, but to assertain that it was a honest and innocent mistake.

Because the consequences of the breach is clearly stated, that my articleship so-far won't be accounted for as articleship.

And one more thing there is one additional line in the ending of reg. letter from institute, "It has been noted that the above student is pursuing BCOM degree course besides C.A. Course"

And I want your expert opinions/judgements/suggestions/guidance or am I safe?

09 November 2011 no need to worry about this, just submit ur form 112 mentioning the correct detail
