Ms Mundhe, Go to the office which has issued that notice on payment of old dues and find out the datails of it. If their claim is correct pay it by issuing a cheque to them.If you are not satisfied with the notice place your objections and expalin your position to them.Check up whether you have already paid those dues and furnish that proof to them. When they do not cooperate and respond to your efforts prefer an appeal before the concerned First Appellate authority to get the demand quashed. ....MJK
