Go through the KYC and underwriting policy of respective bank/NBFC. Check what all documents are required as per policy. Check legal opinion report, suggestions as per legal report regarding documentations if a mortgage is being created.
To go indepth check some loans on sample basis from system, which all documents were marked, which all are received and which all are yet to be received. Take explanation for pending documents.
