We ll go to New registration under GST in my father's Name. My firm is already running without any registration. And we have a Bank current account. Signing the Cheque my Father / My brother also. Now, we can decide the registration for proprietorship in my father name under GST. Also we want the sign in our bank's cheque My father / my brother. So, My query is how to we register my father's name and my brothers sign in some activities. Bcoz, My father ll be going to field works. At the time my brother deal the business and bank transactions... Please give your suggestion and Guide...

Actually we are running a small Interior works. It's sentimentally start my father's name. But, My father is in house and some time come to office and give advise for the work based. My brother is fully controlled the company. So, he is sign the cheque when we want money for company use and creditors payment....

Above said situation, Her sister's brother ll be sign in the firm related activity...? If yes, How to enter his details in GST Registration...? As Authorized signatory or Representative.....? Bcoz, I have one case now the situation.
