Mr dear,
Please go through the pay roll register and see the calculation specially regarding EPF and ESI along with the employers contributions.see the all forms i.e additions,resignation etc. of the employees along with the returns. The challan should be payout every month.It would be confirm from the bank statement.
finlay see the covering letters for the submission of returns along with challans and form of employees towards contribution.
