02 August 2014 i didnt got ur que pratiksha...........

02 August 2014 As per Rule 4(7) of Cenvat Credit Rules ,you can take cenvt credit in respect of inputs service on or after the day on which invoice is eceived frm service provider.
So in your case in respect of input services whose invoice has been received by you in March, the Cenvat Credit can also be taken in March.

02 August 2014 Mr. Ankit if MRP rules are implimented to me then also the assesseable value will be inclusive of central excise.
