Do we get leave credit for working on the Public Holidays & for the work done at client place on the days on which our principle office is closed. If Yes then what is the procedure? Shall we need to take it in writting on letter head & signed by our principle.

All u need to do is to make an account of all the days u have worked wen ur principal's office is closed or it was a public holiday. get ur principal's approval for the day's in which u have worked extra in writing. U may then compensate ur leave taken against the extra days that u have worked on holidays for ur principal.
