I have to know that in a single egm, we can appoint more than one director as per companies act 2013. Please give the information as soon as possible.

17 February 2016 Yes you can appoint more than one director in a single EGM there is no bar under Companies Act, 2013 on such appointment, Pass separate resolution for each appointment
