24 November 2018 Where there is conversion of LLP into proprietory concern and designated partner in the LLP is continuing as auditor after conversion into proprietory concern, is it necessary for filing ADT-1 in the name of proprietory concern to continue as auditor?

24 November 2018 yes you should as LLP was appointed as the auditor and not the individual partner.

24 November 2018 Thank you Sir. Is it necessary even if LLP is dissolved? If so, will it be sufficient if proprietor is appointed for five years in the AGM?
