x ltd. purchase goods within the state attracting VAT @4% from various vendor for their contract site which is outside the state and therafter sometime they made branch transfer.whether cst is applicable or not for purchase of such goods at the time of purchase within the state which later on transfer as a stock transfer?

CST is not applicable...when you purchase locally and transferred the same to outside state, provided you receive Form-F from the goods receiving branch of other state...
