Does Vehicle Servicing & Telephone expenses(Leased line & internet charges)& Sodexho Passes(food coupons) should we deduct tax u/s 194C on these expenses.

Vehicle servicing - TDS applicable Telephone & Internet - TDS not applicable Sodexho passes - Form part of salary - More than prescribed TDS will be applied.

Vehicle used by an employee, servicing charges are met by company, is it applicable eventhen?
How about leased line for an entity in different locations?
Sodexho passes-can you be bit clear about the rate of tax & under what section? please provide me any departmental clariification or notification if any for the same
