Company was incorporated in the year 2014, so what all forms are to be filed after its AGM. I have the following documents: PL,Balance Sheet( Schedule Vi) Directors Statement(As per Companies Act 2013), Auditors Report(As Per Companies Act 2013) Copy of Resolution at AGM, authorising filing of Annual accounts
Please guide me through the process of filing, and extra documents needed for filing.

Firstly PL & Balance Sheets (Schedule VI have been changed to Schedule III)
you have to file following forms 1. Form MGT-14 Approval of Financial Statements by Board 2. Form ADT-1 Auditors Appointment (for Next FY) 3. Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) 4. Form AOC-4 (Annual Financial Statements)
