10 February 2014 if agricultural land is sold there is any tax payment is require on that.if yes how we less it.

10 February 2014 Well if it is agriculture land as per section 2(1a) then no tax is applicable.

14 February 2014 it should be agricultural land as per govt records first and then it must fit in def of sec 2(1A)
