can we have AGM after filing of income tax return or accounts should be passed in the AGM first and then it should be filed.

We have to include the dividend related items in the accounts (Provison for Dividend - Which should be approved in AGM) so it is better to file only after AGM.

We cannot submit the Balance Sheet unless it is taken on record by the sharholders in the duly executed Annual General Meeting of the comapny.
Therefore, before AGM the Company cannot file its ITR.
